Lifefold collects only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address, the entries you create (dreams, journal reflections, mood data), and basic usage data.
Your entries are used solely to provide you with analysis, insights, and the reflection companion. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models on other users' behalf.
When you interpret a dream or generate insights, your entries are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. This is covered under Anthropic's data processing terms. We do not store raw API inputs beyond what is necessary to deliver the response.
Your data is stored securely via Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Entries are encrypted at rest.
If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days in case you return. After that, it can be deleted on request by emailing us.
You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
